Worship - Sunday Services
Holy Eucharist
The Eucharist (Great Thanksgiving) is at the core of our worship together as a parish family. In the Episcopal Church, Eucharist is the principle service used on Sundays. The liturgies are found in The Book of Common Prayer. Rites I and II are used throughout the liturgical seasons. In addition to Sunday worship, there are special services offered throughout the year.
Sunday Services from September through May
9 AM - A quiet early morning Eucharist, usually Rite II, favored by those who prefer to worship at the beginning of the day. There is music, but no choir at this service.
11 AM - Holy Eucharist, usually Rite I, is offered with full adult choir. There are also two Youth Choirs and a Bell Choir that participate periodically at this service.
Sunday Services from June through August
10 AM - Holy Eucharist, alternating between Rite I and Rite II, is offered. This service allows our parish family to all worship together during the summer.
Service of Healing
A service of healing is offered at the conclusion of each Eucharist on the fourth Sunday of each month. At that time you may come to the altar rail and request healing for yourself or someone else.
Nursery
The nursery (with attendant) is open during all Sunday services.
Special Services
Please check the weekly Church bulletins, the Emmanuel newsletter and this website for special services through out the year.
