The Vestry, as the constituted agents of the Church, transact all its temporal business, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Church property and seeing that the Church is duly prepared for public worship. At the Annual Congregation Meeting each January, Emmanuel elects three Vestry members to four-year terms. The Vestry meets monthly, usually the second Tuesday of the month, at the Parish Hall. Meetings are open; any interested parishioners are welcome to attend. Current members: Nancy Avery, Pati Cunningham, Donovan Dagner, Victor Esch - Junior Warden; Laura Farrell, Jess Haden - Alternate, Chuck Hughes, Gren King - Senior Warden, Chris Lehmbeck, Suzanne Moomaw, Amanda Poor, Lloyd Raupp, Jack Scruby, Julia shields - Register, Sandy von Thelen - Treasurer.
